While watching last nights events in the Boston area I observed the beginning of the revival of the American Spirit..I also observed the emergence of its anger. I remembered this type of attitude immediately after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Admiral Yamamato, head of the Japanese Navy who had spent considerable time in our country, told his nation they would have a good year, but after that it would change as they had ''Awaken a Sleeping Giant''. And change it did....... Those who would destroy our country should take heed as our bombs are not made from pressure cooker pots......

I guess this thread is better to express my disgust then starting a new one..........The President and his guest were being interviewed in the Rose Garden when a few drops of rain started to fall. Two Marines in full dress uniforms rushed in to cover them with large umbrellas..The irony of the moment raged me as I thought of the Ambassador and three other American heros who were left ''without cover'' to die because it was ''to dangerous'' to go to their aid...........There was a time when such a order would nerver be given and if it by chance it was, it would not be obeyed...........Shame........Unforgiven shame if it was done for political purposes.......

Geisha girls would have been more appropriate for the umbrellas. Revolting.
