The Kansas game and the whole experience of playing at Allen Fieldhouse got me thinking about which other venues and teams we'd most want to play against in the OOC schedule. Here are a few that come to mind off the top of my head:
1. Duke @ Cameron Indoor 2. St John's @ MSG 3. Kentucky @ Rupp 4. Gonzaga @ Neutral Site 5. Butler @ Hinkle Fieldhouse

1) SJU @ MSG 2) Fordham @msg - I like the old rivalry 3) UCLA @ Pauley Pavilion - If it is good enough for Alcindor and Walton, good enough for me. 4) St. Mary's @ Neutral Court , winner keeps the name "Gaels", the other has the adopt the new name of "Green Beer Paddys" for a two year period. 5) Kentucky @ Iona - A fella can dream can't he?

Home, away, or neutral court:
St. Mary's Gonzaga San Diego State
Oh by the way, food for thought, if Iona is fortunate enough to make the tourney and the seedings fit, would not be surprised to see the committee (with their sense of humor) match us up against Kansas State, as Dr. Nyre has roots in Kansas.

I always wanted an Iona-Iowa game to challenge the sports editors and the announcers! An All-Irish double header: Iona, St Marys, Notre Dame and at MSG

Pretty sure we played UCLA @ Pauley Pavilion when Big Jeff was coach.
Wasn't this the game that inspired the "we'll play anyone, anytime, anywhere..." quote?

Believe the UCLA game was a favor to some of the LACC players we had on the squad at the time -- e.g. Leland Matthews, Jermaine Small, etc. That was the 99-00 season and was a pretty ugly loss.
