We have gone on about Amayo and Casimir and the expectations we have for those guys. I think both should be effective players for us.
But I am becoming more and more intrigued by Dublin. Even prior to OT's report yesterday, just looking at the kid's numbers you have to like his potential for us. 10.4 ppg, 4.2 rpg and 55% FG is impressive in only 19 minutes per game. But Longwood was a pretty poor team--why did he only play 19 minutes per game?
The kid is a specimen at 6-6, though, and I think if you put him next to Laury good things would happen. But we'll see over time, as perhaps there's a reason other than "doghouse" as to why this kid didn't play more at Longwood and subsequently wanted out. I'm optimistic that he will be an impact player for us.

ever since Cluess arrived here and we started scouring the nation for transfers , we have succeeded every year in adding surprising talent to our roster.....Dublin will be the next in that list of transfers .....and IONA will be at or near the top of the maac ....again

Help......At yesterdays practice there were 2 players wearing No.4...One I am sure was Dublin, but need help...The other was a white kid a good 6-6 in height...He was impressive in his calm manner and all around demeanor...His outside shot although a bit ''Lined driver type'' was accurate and rarely hit rim...He also showed other promising ability...Who was this?...........

Sounds like one of the two Europeans Bebis or Svandrlik. I remember watching one of their videos and also noticing a line drive type 3 that was all net. My guess is Bebis because there hasn't been any confirmation of Svandrlik (sp?) actually signing.
