Please let Senator McCarthy know that Senator McCain, a former POW, does not agree with him. (Smiley Face)

Super, you mentioned Fox, but not CNN, as if they were the only ones who were irresponsibly reporting the facts.

Please let FDR know that Senator McCain does not agree with his policy of imprisoning Japanese Americans in internment camps. And that he also disagrees with both sides of the aisle who, YES, supported McCarthy's investigations. I understand that Democrats (most Social Studies teachers, Professors, and writers are Democrats) control the narrative. But lets talk about ALL the relevant facts when it comes to that era since Democrats seem so fond of bringing up McCarthy. He had the support of most Democrats in Congress.

Wilson realized that they could easily have been them since, the robbery had occurred only three minutes earlier. He isn't stupid, and he was right.

Wilson had realized that they could easily have been the kids that had just robbed the store, since they fit the description and it had happened only three minutes before. He isn't stupid, and he was right.

The TV presentation only referenced a tiny sample of the evidence and testimony. Wilson's version was corroborated. The location of the shell casings. The entry points of the bullets (e.g. the bullets entered from the front, not the back, as the lying witnesses who later had to change their testimony said. Also, the bullet entry on the crown of the head which supports the statement that Brown was charging forward.) And much more. Wilson's story was corroborated. Browns robber friend's story was not.

Where is that friend, by the way? Where did he go? I haven't seen him in a while.

Brown was 6'6". Wilson is 6'4". Brown was 300lbs. Wilson is 200-220lbs. (I heard 200lbs). But if it was 220, then that is almost 50% more. (44%, to be exact). Quite a difference. And as the video shows, he was very willing to throw his weight around. It definitely seems that Wilson had a reason to be fearful.

It doesn't matter that it was only cigarillos. It was a violent robbery.

Another aspect that disturbs me is this. When they released the video of the robbery, CNN had people on who said that they were harming the reputation of a dead man. But should they have concealed it? Then everyone could go on believing that Wilson just profiled an innocent kid. Would that be justice? Wilson wasn't stupid, he was right. CNN also had people on who said that the protests are going to get worse, more violent, and more numerous, because they released that video. Is this justice? Suppress the video so the protestors won't destroy the city. That is not justice.
Was CNN analyzing all the new exculpatory evidence that was coming in? NO. That would have lost them their target market. Instead, they were showing tapes of the Rodney King beating that happened over two decades earlier and half a continent away. Were they the voice of reason? NO. They were inflaming emotions so they could have more protests to cover and hence make even more money on the incident.

One more thing St. Louis, I don't see why the Missouri law that you cited is operative. "Don't worry about it" must have meant it wasn't relevant since the evidence shows the bullets all entered from the front, not the back. So he wasn't fleeing, he was attacking. So they SHOULDN"T have worried about it, and they didn't. And that particular law that you cited does not apply.
