Coach Cluess and his coaching staff have been a steady hand on the wheel over the past four years. Amazing how with the player turnover from year to year they are able to keep Iona competitive. Several key things standout to me regarding this staff. First is consistent leadership and structure. Second is player development. Third is the fact they are not over reliant on one player. In my opinion Tim Cluess has done a great job instilling confidence in his players and his philosophy. Being able to manage the different personalities and creating a cohesive unit is no easy task. I am sure he and his staff realize they have something special and really enjoy the challenge each year brings. Hopefully this staff stays in place for awhile. I love the metamorphosis of players over the course of their time in the program, both on and off the court. It is apparent Coach Cluess and his staff clearly understand and embrace their responsibility of guiding these young men. I wish them the best and anxiously look forward to the upcoming season. GO GAELS!

Well we could have a thread like the one on the Fordham Board entitled How many wins for Pecora to keep his job? But we don't, so that's a good sign.

greg, I know what Tim Cleuss is. And I know what a Fan Club is. But I have NO IDEA what a Facebbok is. Though I do realize that a LOT of other people do.
