IC59,
Thanks for the update.
Regarding the game times I too have found that FIOS leaves a lot to be desired and with this tournament ESPN has not helped the situation.
Puerto Rico is not in our (Eastern) time zone although I still have trouble remembering this. So in Puerto Rico our game with Purdue will start locally there at 2PM and while in the NY area it will be a 1PM game time for ESPN.
The Tip-Off bracket sheet I have shows all the games in Eastern times which are confusing for all those who will be in Puerto Rico or in Central, Western or other non-Eastern zone. Someone should have mentioned on the bracket sheet that Puerto Rico is in a different time zone. Hopefully as we get closer to game time FIOS will get the times right.

I have 2 PDF brackets, 1 for our time and one for PR time that was posted on the tourney's fan page. Try there for one with PR times.

SJU had a MAAC crew (Faia, Riley, Pagano) working their game. And evidently these three want to work more MSG games. The result, Texas A&M shot three free throws, making two. SJU shot 22-38. Expect to see this crew at the TUC in the not too distant future. Poetic justice, SJU missed two FT's with about two seconds left in the game, with the Johnnies down one.

Boy, it is sad how easily refs can be compromised. And proof of it is that every big time coach you can think of tries to intimidate them, Coach K, Calhoun, Boeheim, you can go down the list. If it didn't work, they wouldn't try.

Game of the Day, Cleve. St. v. Hofstra in Rhode Island for some reason I think it's called the legends tournament. Looks like a round robin tourney like Cleveland last year for us.

In my opinion Coach will be not as fast to call off the dogs in this game. He will not take any chances, and send a message to the rest of the MAAC. It will be closer to 20 then to 13. LIU a better team than Canisius was down by over 30 when the bench cleared. All we have to do is to tend to business.
