I stumbled accross this boxscore of the 2007-08 season opener between Jeremy Lin's (then a sophomore) Harvard and Landry Fields' Stanford. espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=273130024Stanford won 111 - 56. Fields had 8 points 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Lin? A triple-zero! He fouled out in 21 minutes with 0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists on 0-6 shooting. I wonder what Fields would have said that night if someone told him Lin would one be the biggest sensation to hit the NBA in years? That was unusual for Lin, who generally played much better against teams like BC and UCONN than he did against the Ivy League.
