Hello Iona fans,
Not sure if this should fall under Basketball or as an off topic, but as an Alumni Board Member, I received an announcement a couple of days ago that Vin Parise's wife, Amy Torigian Parise, is returning to Iona as Director of Alumni Relations on July 26. Amy was a longtime member of the Advancement Team at Iona (as Director of Campaign Operations). She had left a couple of years ago to work for Habitat for Humanity in directing their development activities in Westchester County.
I know that Amy must be happy to be returning to Iona ... and I am sure that Iona is very happy to have her back. It is always nice to have talented Iona folks return to the fold (roots).
I wish Amy the very best of luck in her new position. I am sure she will continue to excel in it and that Iona will benefit from her return.
