ichoops, the DBO has speicific duties, as defined by the NCAA. Not sure what they are, but I'm pretty sure they can't get involved with recruiting, among other things. Teams are supposed to be restricted to three assistants, and are not to use the DBO as a fourth assistant.

On the old board, OldGael is reporting that Kash has changed his mind about accepting the DBO job. Brennan has one story and Old Gael another, not sure which is the latest version, but it sounds like Old Gael is correct as he spoke directly with Kash.

Good to see Cluess at least tried to get an Iona guy. Maybe there is another ex player out there that is qualified and interested.

Have that feeling that if Kashif was offered the Asssistant Coaches job, he would have made a quick different decision..He probably does not have the connections that others might offer,
but in time would have made a terrific recruiter.........Guy..Post did not go through first time, but remembered the FOREVER click....Thanks again.
