Super, definitely agree about Charlie. He was a year behind me at Iona but miles ahead of me in the classroom. May he Rest in Peace.

He was the dean and a professor while I was at Iona. He was a great guy and I deeply respected the fact how well he understood the challenges of middle class working kids trying to balance their work obligations along with going to school full-time. My thoughts and prayers are with Dean O'Donnell he was a heck of a guy!

He was compassionate and thoughtful.

I did not know Dr. O'Donnell; but we have lost a fellow alum, so our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

St. Louis Gael, I love the Gaels but unfortunately have been just a bit too busy to contribute. Regarding Dr. O'Donnell I remember having a couple of heart to heart conversations regarding attendance and balancing the school and work obligations. He was a very good person and I have great memories of his classes. Hope all is well with you in St. Louis!
