I hate them as much as the next guy, but it was great to see that atmosphere again for college basketball at the Garden!

The guy who does the Maac games is the anti Gus Johnson, although he is a decent announcer he rarely ever shows much excitement and can make even a down to the wire Maac tourney game sound boring!

Lost their legs late in the 2nd half. Bench problems. Got to say I was pulling for them. I respect but dislike Duke.

Duke did not look like a top five team. Their three point shooting was nothing to brag about. Nor was the officiating.

St Johns lost because they have no bench and Lavin is the coach

St John dropped another last night to 0-8 Creighton they have lost 6 of their last 8 and are in danger of dropping to last place in the Big East...
'The chickens are coming home to roost' and it is time to pay for the hoax perpetrated by the NYCity sport writers its Siena type delusion by attemting to return to past glories by deceit instead of building anew...
Until the ''We are St. John's'' superior attitude is discarded and its tired structure is recognized and rebuilt it will be only a distance memory....

St. John's lost because Harrison had his shot thrown off by his injured calf. And even though the injury is now healed, his shot mechanics are not back into proper form. He would have made more shots down the stretch. Duke would not have gotten back into the game if he had even made even two of those shots. College basketball is such an emotional game, when he started missing shots it gave Duke even more "momentum".
