Valpo-URI just started on ESPN2 Oops!!! Lol. Valpo up 4-2 at the under 16 timeout. Valpo missing layups and a couple 3 point attempts, amazing what a little defensive pressure can do

Valpo-URI very ugly game. Valpo went 8 minutes without scoring and URI looks lost on offense without Matthews. URI is up 20-18 at the half. I think Valpo had 18 points the first 5 minutes of the Iona game

I think Valpo had 18 points the first 5 minutes of the Iona game Rhody is a very strong defensive team, especially in their building where they are going to get away with a lot. We on the other hand, arent'.

Valpo wins at Rhody. Expect a lot more AP top 25 votes for them this week. That's a beautiful result for us. Valpo on its preseason trip to Canada lost 2 out of 3 games to moderate rated teams...They then entered the season by trouncing one of the nations high rated mid-major teams, an followed that with beating one of the best teams in the east... This clearly indicates to me that Valpo's coach used the trip as a teaching and learning trip rather then a vanity and showcase venture... A coach worth keeping a eye on......

More bad news. Even Fordham has more wins (one more) than we do, as they knocked off DIII Queens.
