Super, could you recommend to Dr. Nyre that he takes ALL THE MONEY received to date (Forever Iona) and bet it on the Gaels in the Delaware game. Even if the line is Iona -12. It's a sure thing. I'd do the same, except all of my money is tied up in my game of skill with Fan Duel.

For the home opener, I think we'll go back to our opening lineup, that we had in the Valpo game. So 05, what do you think?

Delaware should be improved from their 10 win season last year. They lost something like 13 of their first 14, but had a young team that gelled mid-season. Went on to finish 9-9 in conference. Return 4 starters. This should be a good test for us.

Maybe we need to take a look at the guy who is starting these game threads. Last year he had a nice run, but now is on a four game losing streak.

Greg- never saw you negative like this, seems like me posting under your alias. I have to agree with you in that if we don't play a lot better than we did last 2 games we will lose and I fear there is a travel fatigue factor and lack of practice since last game that puts us at a disadvantage.

Haven't seen the team look this bad since the first game under Willard - complete disoganization. Now that team did improve. Won 10 games.

In the other thread I posted wondering if something is wrong with IW, maybe I should have the same concern with Cluess? Either that or it may be he simply is not handling the adjustment teams have made to stop us, and it works even better when you don't have a mismatch nightmare like Laury to help lesson the ability to shutdown our 3 point shooters.

JMO, but Java mark me down as disagreeing with you. Our team will bounce back, big time. My one concern is our student pep band. Will we have one, as they were looking for new members at the Women's game, the other night?

I hope no one is thirsty at halftime, as the poolside reception is no more. Actually, I don't mind that, as it seemed I always missed a couple minutes of the second half whenever I went to that reception.
