Ditto, St. Louis! I lost my dad shortly after graduating from Iona; I will miss him every day.

]Blasphemy. We need OT to tell us how dads today are wimps![/quote]GUY Had wonderful day at one of my daughters beautiful home....A couple of glasses of wine...Shrimp on the barbecue...steak galore, salads, home made deserts and a couple of big son-in laws to get me around in their rough way...... I feel a great deal of empathy for those that grow old without a family...Back when I was a kid there were very few homes for the aged, but there was a Grandpa or Grandma attended to and given great respect and care in every home.....I remember well my great grandmother well into her nineties and the daily walks she took around the Italian neighborhood and stopping to do sewing tasks where needed... So, a belated Happy Fathers Day to all and hope all were as wonderful as mine...
