Also,I think in 79 Siena was d2. I don’t recall playing them and Fordham was very good then Siena was D2 until 78 or 79 but Iona has played Siena more than any other school, slightly more times than Manhattan. Iona did schedule games with D2 teams until the early-to-mid 80s, including Pace every season for a stretch. Pace won at least once. St. Peter’s is our most played opponent, 124 games, Siena is 117, followed by Fairfield than Manhattan. See the record book I posted in Maac awards.

That may have been incorrect. St. Peter's, Fairfield and Manhattan make sense but that's not what the media guide says.

Sharkey just curious as to why you have a bad vibe about Woodrich not signing with us. You always have good insights and sources, has someone told you he is leaning towards Cleve. St or is it just a gut thing.
I was a little surprised when Pitino offered him and he basically stated that was his dream to play for RP but didn't commit right away.
I'm still hoping he chooses us. Should know soon I would think.

Also did some twitter work, which confirmed what I was told. Hope I am wrong, but time will tell.

Obviously, tough decision for the kid, you have to believe he's really torn. Play home which is his dream or play for Pitino which is also his dream.
Now my gut is he picks playing at home in front of his family. We'll know soon.

Wonder if he is concerned about the COVID-19 outbreak in New Rochelle and NY generally. Can understand that. Would have to think no where is ultimately going to be spared from the contagion, but understand the possible concern.
