I'm confused. How could we be in his final four if we are no longer interested? You're confused. Why the holier than thou responses here? Pretty valid question as I saw the post on Twitter and wondered the same thing (I'm sure many others did too). Don't see why someone would list a school in their final 4 just for shits and giggles.

Actually happens more than you think. Kids are also well known to list offers from programs that never offered, to try and boost their recruitment, knowing that programs are not allowed to come out and deny they offered.
As far as Rosario, yes Iona offered, but since then took commitments from Koroma and Rowe filling all of the scholarships. Sure I found it interesting when I saw the tweet, thinking possibly another player was leaving or not coming. Appears that's not the case. Would love to get this kid but it looks like it's not happening. To be honest, I don't see much of a difference between this kid and Koroma

Elijah Hutchins-Everett - 6'10" C out of Immaculate Conception High School (NJ). He is a 4-star recruit rated a Top 50 player. Holds offers from DePaul, Miami, Minnesota, Rutgers, Seton Hall, Syracuse, Bryant and Villanova. Scouting Reports"This young man used his size and strength inside to put up solid camp numbers and earn a spot in the Top 30 game and it was well deserved. He carves out space down low and while not yet an elite athlete he grabs a high percentage of defensive rebounds and he can outlet the ball quickly. From an offensive standpoint he doesn’t wow you with death defying acrobatic finishes he just uses good footwork and brute power to score down on the block. He can get beaten in the open floor but with his skillset it is best if he plays in the painted area as much as possible. He did show a decent touch on short turnaround jumpers but in this camp I didn’t see him step out to launch deep three balls which people somehow believe that adage of you can’t play if you can’t hit treys. That is ridiculous of course and Hutchins-Everett is proof that you can be productive by playing to your strengths and this was proven by the fact that he was the Game MVP for his squad in the top 30 game nuff said." - Chick’s Event Coverage: Pangos East Fresh/Soph Camp Nov 1, 2017 This guy just decommited from Penn State. Seems like a weird time to decommit (Coach resigned). Any chance? I guess I am unclear. Is this a 2020 or 2021? Would have to be a 21 I think.

Thanks for all your feedback. Appreciate it! Have not heard if we are still interested. It has been reported that Marquette, Texas A&M and Duquesne have reached out. He is ranked the 29th best prospect at his position in the 2021 class. Trey James is ranked the 33rd best Center in this class according to 247. Rivals has him ranked the 31st best Center. Trey James is ranked 32nd.
