Mets pitcher Noah “Thor” Syndergaard and former Mets/Yankees pitcher Dwight “Doc” Gooden will visit campus on Monday, December 12, 6 – 8 p.m. in the LaPenta Student Union. Autographs will be available for a fee.

The Iona Facebook page refers to it as a meet and greet. I thought there could be a connection with George Bodenheimer of ESPN and former HBO executive Ross Greenberg doing some teaching at Iona, but I didn't find any connection.
