That's not good, this could cost him his job before he ever got started.

That is just really bad judgement and possibly grounds for termination? Massiello?

Isn't his contract for about 700,000 a year; this could end up being one expensive night out. Just call a cab!

Wow, this shocks me. I thought Welsh had it better together than that. I'm not judging the guy, but just surprised. He's not 23. Then again neither was Pitino when he ordered off the menu that night.

I bet he ends up in rehab for a month and Hofstra brings back former asst Van MAcon, who went with Pecora to Fordham but did interview for the job

I wish Timmy the best. He made a big mistake (he is not the first one). He's a great guy. Hoping the best for him. My heart goes out to him, his wife and his parents. All fine people. Mostly, thankful that no one was hurt.

From reading the Hofstra board, the general consensus seems to be that Tim will be fired - they are already considering replacements. One poster did bring up a very real concern with the following quote - "I feel worst for the assistants, esp. DeMeo, who just quit jobs." It would be horrible for Steve, who just left his HC job to join Tim, if he suffers because of this.
