Tim Cluess was in year one. We already gave Tobin that benefit of the doubt Cluess was also left one of the top players ever to wear the uniform and didn't have to deal with player obsession with portaling or NIL. Yes, it matters. I'm not defending where we are, just putting some perspective on it. We should be better, there's no denying that. |

Wasn’t it TA’s idea to blow the team up and not retain? The excuse of him not having returning players would then be on him. Or if that’s not the case is it more telling that no one wanted to return? Compare him to a coach that coaches during the NIL era. Speedy Claxton having issues? Rick Pitino? Joe Gallo? Lot of season to go and hopefully some W’s along the way |
