I understand that if Brother Liguori calls him, he'll run all the way up I95 to New Ro. Someone get Brother Jeff's number. Please.
At least I understand why the practices have been closed.

What could the coaching staff say that would make sense to this weekends showing?

Any post game? I have no idea since the school decided to cut off radio coverage in order to save a buck.

Hey people, let me offer my 2 cents from the perspective of a good night's sleep, a good workout, and some reflection.
From some of the comments I have read over the past couple of days, there have been three coaches giving instructions from the bench during the game. As the kids say, that may be TMI. The issue may run deeper.
This staff has three head coaches, only two of whom have D1 experience. The question for me is that while TC has put together an excellent staff, does he have adequate control of his staff? I also read that this kid or that came or is coming to Iona because he loves JG. I prefer to read that he loves TC's system or he wants to play for Iona.
I'm not suggesting that JG or anyone else is undermining TC, but I am suggesting that TC may not yet have adequately asserted his leadership on the entire program. At Kansas, Louisville, UConn, Illinois, UCLA, and on; there is only one guy wandering the sideline.
This staff has done a great job in bringing in talent, but it may be confusing that talent with TMI from too many directions. It may be time for TC to sit down and clarify to all as to who is in charge. It is his team, it is his career, it is his opportunity. Once the season starts, there is only one head coach.
I hope I am wrong -dead wrong. If not, it is a difficult fix, but one that needs to be done now.
