Chicklets? Don't know why, but they just jumped into my head. Haven't seen them in years.
P.S. Iona related, Chicklets was a nick-name for former Iona coach, Jim McDermott.

Right you are about McDermott. My mother's second husband was the VP of engineering at the factory in Long Island City that made Chiclets. They were made in a rotating tub where a fine spray of sugar accumulated on the gum.
