Ed, Iona '58 was a two sport athlete at Iona, baseball and basketball, passed away this week. At 6'2 he was a guard on the BB team and a pitcher, outfielder on the baseball team. He was drafted by the Washington Senators, but I don't believe ever made it to the majors. A graduate of St. Mary's HS in Katonah (now Kennedy Catholic), he returned to that school and coached their BB team for 25 years. I knew him when he was in college and can say he was a very nice guy. May he rest in peace.
