Hopefully a press conference soon and start hearing some names for his staff. Recruiting will be interesting. Pretty much no sports for 8 weeks and kids can't sign there LOI until 4/15. Looking forward to see on twitter when news breaks he offered a kid

Yes while fans of most other programs are having a boring time right now our lives have been energized with the new developments. Looking forward to seeing who Rick picks for his staff and wondering what type of budget he has that will effect his hires. Can't wait until we start hearing the possible recruits we're attracting.

Pitino coaching in the MAAC is like Richard Burton doing dinner theatre in Schenectady. It’s more than a step down it’s a deep dive. But it’s all he’s got so let’s hope he makes the very best of it. For his sake and ours. He loves to coach, he desnt need to coach. If Greece wasn't beneath him neither is Iona

My guess is he will use most of his staff budget on his lead then go very light on the rest.

For his sake and ours. That production of the taming of the shrew at the Civic Playhouse was wonderful.

Yes, Harvard has been in the works for a while. Home or away? I think we still have 2 years of Ohio left also.

Pretty sure Harvard is home but not certain.
Pitino will also be on Greenberg's show and Dan Patrick's show tomorrow.

Louisville news article: bigredlouie.com/2020/03/15/iona-hiring-former-louisville-basketball-coach/Don’t be surprised if any former recruits or players show interest in playing for Pitino. Kids love going to play for the guy, and you could see someone like Texas guard Courtney Ramey or Louisville’s own Darius Perry show interest in a move if they feel there is a good fit.

Some Monmouth fans on their facebook fan page talking similarly. "How are we supposed to compete with this?" LOL
