This is interesting. Myers is a 6'0'' Combo guard from Christ the King. His last offer was from Temple last July. Also had quite a few MAAC offers from 7 months ago. Ryan Myers this past season vs a loaded Rancho Christian team. Had a great game

Looked like his teammates Sterling Jones highlight film.

I watched this game live, hoping to see Davis and Griffin from Stepinac. I never noticed Ryan Myers and now I know why. He only got a couple of FG attempts and wasn't a factor, or much of a factor in the game. Never the less, I've seen enough of him to know that he's a solid recruit. In this game I came away impressed with two guys from Stepinac, Chemize and Fitziluch, not sure of the spelling of both. While I've heard of Chemize, I never heard of Luke Fitziluch, a junior and a VG shooter, imo.

I was interested to see how he did in the closing minutes fo the game - in this instance OT. I counted 3 assists during OT - 2 of them 3/4 length pasess for key lay-ups. While he missed the front end of a 1 and 1 coming down the stretch, he made some key FT's with 14 seconds left to open up a 3 point lead. I agree that others may have shined brighter, but Ryan was the PG on a nail biter win. He seems to be a pass first PG, who sees the floor well.

Maybe Myers can be the next Ricky McGill.

Nice player but he'll have to be develop into the next Scott Machado to get minutes for the new Iona.

Myers not billed as a PG

A little Tuesday afternoon entertainment. I found Ryan to be an unselfish player but no so much with the other guards he plays with. He may be even more talented in the right offense

Let’s hope he fits like”a glove” as they say in RP’s offense.
