.............. but most of the customers and the staff at The Candlelight Inn on Central Ave. in Scarsdale must be. And, last night, when I was there, picking up an order of their Buffalo Wings something caught my eye. All of the staff were wearing tee shirts in the colors of the Houston Astro's. The shirts said:
SCREW
HOU
Have to admit, it was pretty funny. Shirts cost $20, if anyone's interested.

For what it's worth, we should give props to Cjb who has to be the #1 Mets fan on this board. And a long suffering, but loyal one I might add. As for the wings, the parking lot was filled, as they (the restaurant) put up a tent for outdoor dining. |
