Does anyone know whether any students will be 'rooming' on the Bronxville campus?

Does anyone know whether any students will be 'rooming' on the Bronxville campus? Not initially. I believe there are empty dorm rooms on the New Rochelle campus they would like to fill first. I understand the dorms at Concordia (or should I say our Bronxville campus) are in need of deferred maintenance.

The investor RP refers to in his PHD mantra?? Is that the same Mr. Gabelli who founded the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University?

Has there been info put out by the Athletic Dept. on how the Bronxville campus is being used from an athletic POV?
P.S. From a nostalgia POV, we were allowed into the gym to play BB. We (ICS) had FB games on the Concordia FB field and in the summer Concordia was part of the Eastchester playground system.

I realize that not many are interested in the Bronxville campus, but since this is such a slow time about BB news, I'm grasping at straws. I drove down to the south end of town to see if there was any activity, sports wise. Unfortunately, there wasn't. The new artificial turf soccer field looks great but stands empty. I was able to speak with an Iona maintenance worker, asking if any of the Iona teams use the fields or the tennis courts. He said that since this was mostly a 'down' time of the year, nothing much was happening. On occasion the Rugby team practices on the new soccer field, but he didn't remember seeing either of the soccer teams. The baseball field looked renovated but the team preferred City Park in New Ro. Since we don't have a tennis team, the school rents out the courts. The New Rochelle campus has a much nicer softball field, and I don't know if there is a softball intramural program. No idea if the Bronxville campus BB court gets much use. Does anyone know?
P.S. Is the Dunn house, which stands in the 'cut out' of the HAC still inhabited?

Pretty much the same questions as I posted in June. A drive through the Bronxville campus showed zero activity. Athletic fields/tennis courts not being used, with not a student in sight.
Also, I'll ask again about the Dunn house. If anyone knows anything, please share. Thanks.

Kristine Dunn Pryor. As for Bronxville, Iona has rebranded the buildings and athletic court.
