There's not an article on the official Iona site, but the MAAC X-C championships (Men's/Women's) will take place this morning down at Disney, starting at 9AM. You can watch them on either ESPN3 or ESPN+ (forget which).

We finish 1-2-3-5-6. A Siena runner finished fourth. Congrats to the team and Jamie Dee, the individual winner. Winning (for me) never gets old. The Women's race is getting ready to start.

The Iona Women win as well. Sophie (was the choice) Murphy won the individual championship. I believe this is the sixth straight MAAC title for the Lady Gaels. Congrats.
