We've lost another great Gael fan with the passing of George Duignan (pronounced Deg Nan). George has been a season ticket holder forever, including this season. I believe he had a heart attack around Christmas, and had been hospitalized ever since. He was a Power Memorial graduate and had multi degrees from Iona. He had a varied career, as an FBI agent, NYC Fire Fighter and Financial Planner, working until he got sick. Married for 45 years, George was 72 years old when he died. May he RIP.
P.S. Guy can probably confirm this, but in addition to reading this Board, he might have posted as Old Coach. But that's just a guess on my part.

Sat next to George in recent years, great Gael fan and reader of the board. Did not post. RIP George

Very sorry to read this. I often spoke with him at Goal Club post games.
May he rest in peace.

Terrible news. George was a staple at the Goal Club receptions. RIP and condolences to his family.
