Also appears that we're getting a visit from 6-1 Gr G Marquise Kennedy from Loyola Chicago, 7.5p 3.2r 1.5a 45%FG 35%3PFG. He is a good player but struggled with injuries last season. Was a ★★★ recruit coming out of Brother Rice (Yes, a Christian Brothers school) in Chicago. He had offers from Florida State, St. Bonaventure, Illinois State, Wichita State, Bradley, Hofstra, Towson, Tulsa. Very athletic player who started playing PG his senior year of high school. Last season dropped 26 points on Depaul, Fun Facts: Brother Rice alumni include Kevin Cronin (REO Speedwagon), Lord of the Dance Michael Flatley, Actor John C. Reilly, NY Giant David Diehl, Bobby Frasor PG who starred at NC, and hockey HOF member Ed Olczyk .

F/W/I/W, one of my favorite Brothers at Iona Prep was Br. John Moore. After he left Iona he was transferred to Brother Rice in Chicago. We invited him to our 50th HS Reunion (2005) and he described his current duties as a little of this and a little of that. In thanking him for coming, I used baseball terminology and said it seemed that he was now a Utility Player, but in your younger days we remembered you as a Designated Hitter. He laughed along with the rest of us. And it wasn't that much later that I was in attendance at his Funeral Mass at Holy Family. I forget which Brother was giving his Eulogy, but do remember him telling the Congregation that Br. Moore took credit for teaching Michael Flatley Irish Dancing. And that drew laughter and applause.
P.S. Reference Marquise Kennedy. Hopefully Patrick Wallace can help us get him.

Not Christian Brother. Irish Christian Brothers. I know that they were ICB's but I don't believe I used the CB name. Need help. P.S. Sorry, I see you were referring to 86's post.

Here is my full portal tracker. I've obviously removed guys who have already committed elsewhere or did not name us finalists. This is the list from the very beginning for Tobin. A reminder that this is only a fraction of the folks we've been in contact with. Some of these guys have visited or will be visiting shortly, though I cannot speak definitively about most of those names. The number in parens is their Bart Torvik portal ranking as of yesterday; JUCO guys and D2 guys aren't included in the rankings. Again, I must stress, this is FAR from a complete list in reality.

The best part of Guy list is that it has zero St.🐓 . We don’t need bad influences. On less they’ve reformed.

Remember we did offer a former commit of theirs, and there's one I HOPE we offer but we don't seem to have done so as of yet.

Info I got was bad--my apologies.
Info I KNOW to be true: we are hosting kids on a regular and ongoing basis right now--I mean, DAILY. This includes several kids from that list I shared.

Will the real Guy stand up? You have to be old to understand this TV reference.

59, you may have a few years on me, but I’m thinking it’s “To Tell The Truth”. I get that show, “What’s My Line” and “”I’ve Got a Secret” mixed up. I remember my mom and grandma watching them when I was a kid.
Go Gaels!!!
