I'm fine with this. Certainly makes it easier to transfer tickets when needed. My only beef, and this may be something I'm just not understanding, is that it doesn't seem to be app based. I'm used to just clicking on an app (Ticketmaster, NHL, MLS, etc.) and there are my tickets. With these I have to bookmark a website. Or am I missing something?

My problem is that I asked Tyler to send me the directions on how to put them on my phone. First call I didn't find an e-mail from Tyler. After the second call I got the e-mail and was holding on to it until my daughter came over and put the app (?) on my phone. But lo and behold the e-mail disappeared and I'm too embarrassed to call Tyler a third time. Hopefully this weekend my daughter will be able to find the missing e-mail. I have to say that in prior years I was able to open the envelopes and take out my tickets. But, of course I was younger then. And the clock is ticking, with our first home game two weeks from tomorrow. I'm sure they would be more than happy to re-send it. Iona isn't the only place to get rid of physical tickets. Just about every venue in college or pros had gone digital by this point. However, usually they can still print tickets if needed, so it would be nice if they could make exceptions for some! Funny enough the last physical tickets I got for a game (and it had been awhile) was in AC for the championship game. Agree. Outside of Iona games, not sure when I last used a physical ticket.

They don’t have an app for some reason. But if you have an iPhone you can still add the tickets to your Apple Wallet.

Nope, not there either. Not on Broadway, not at other sporting events, not at concerts.

Question about the movies. I like the Pt. Chester movie house, though I haven't been for a while. But the last time I was there, you purchased the tickets in the middle section and half of the theaters were to the right and half to the left. And there was a ticket taker as you entered each "half", and he/she would collect half of your ticket so you know which row/seat was yours. How does it work now?
