Need help. I have season tickets. They now are online. The email from the ticket department stated that tickets could be shared with friends but didn't say how.

Would recommend just calling Iona's ticketing folks during business hours. It's a brand new system in place so I doubt anyone here has any expertise.

Yea, it's seems tricky. Most of these ticketing systems are app based. This seems to be web based. Have not tried to transfer yet, but will try soon.

They use tickets.com now, same as Major League Baseball (ie: Mets and Yankees). Ionatickets.com is the new site. You will have to create an account probably unless you already have. Then there are options to add friends (name and email). Then you can go to my tickets and forward them to that friend.

Yes. Select the game you want to transfer then hit “forward” and then “add friend” it will then make you fill in their info to transfer the ticket over

Call me old fashioned but what was wrong with printed tix? Not Printing and distributing them saves time and money.

Call me old fashioned but what was wrong with printed tix? Not Printing and distributing them saves time and money. I would pay a little more to avoid the digital hassles. Just me

A friend of mine is a serious collector, mostly baseball memorabilia. Among many things, his collection includes lots of old tickets (no-hitters, 3,000 hits, 500 home run, series wins, etc.). Those tickets are worth more now, but current/future collectable tickets are a thing of the past. Get ready for digital umpires.

My problem is that I asked Tyler to send me the directions on how to put them on my phone. First call I didn't find an e-mail from Tyler. After the second call I got the e-mail and was holding on to it until my daughter came over and put the app (?) on my phone. But lo and behold the e-mail disappeared and I'm too embarrassed to call Tyler a third time. Hopefully this weekend my daughter will be able to find the missing e-mail. I have to say that in prior years I was able to open the envelopes and take out my tickets. But, of course I was younger then.
And the clock is ticking, with our first home game two weeks from tomorrow.

Just about every venue in college or pros had gone digital by this point. However, usually they can still print tickets if needed, so it would be nice if they could make exceptions for some! Funny enough the last physical tickets I got for a game (and it had been awhile) was in AC for the championship game.

I could not print my tickets also. Called Tom and he had them printed and sent to me the next day. Couldn't have asked for more.
