#13 seed College of Charleston lost 109-96 to #4 seed Alabama.

#10 seed Colorado defeated #7 seed Florida 102-100, despite 33 points from Walter Clayton Jr.

Nelly Junior Joseph was high scorer for #11 seed New Mexico with 14 points and 12 rebounds in a 77-56 loss to #6 Clemson.

#14 seed Colgate lost 92-67 to #3 seed Baylor.

#10 seed Colorado, down 45-34 at halftime, rallied back but fell short, losing 81-77 to #2 seed Marquette in the NCAA tournament.

#6 seed Quinnipiac lost 64-63 to #11 seed Evansville in the CBI round of 16. Paul Otieno led the Bobcats with 16 points.

Fairfield, down 41-36 at the half, rallied to beat Arkansas Little Rock 82-75 in the CBI round of 16. Little used bench player Matt Curtis had 19 points to lead 5 Stags who scored in double figures. Fairfield advances to play Chicago State Monday afternoon.

#7 seed Fairfield defeated #15 seed Chicago State 77-74 in the CBI quarterfinals. Caleb Fields paced the Stags with a 32 point performance.

#7 seed Fairfield lost 75-58 to #3 seed Seattle in the CBI semifinals. Caleb Fields led the Stags with 20 points and Alexis Yetna had a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Thanks a lot guys! High Point (27-9) led 67-66 with under 2 minutes to play, but were outscored 11-0 down the stretch (aided by a flagrant foul call) and lost 77-67 to Seattle, who thereby won the CBI championship.

That wraps up the season for all our MAAC and OOC opponents. I have to say that the OOC schedule the Gaels played this season was quite impressive. Charleston, High Point, Colorado, Hofstra, St. Joseph's, Colgate and Long Beach State all were involved in post season tournaments.
