Niagara got its first win of the season, 69-61 at St. Francis PA (2-5). Ahmad Henderson II scored 15 points to lead four Purple Eagles who scored in double figures. Niagara shot 27-44 (61.4%) for the game.

Canisius won 85-77 over Western Kentucky in Quebec and advances to play Bowling Green on Sunday. Frank Mitchell had 17 points and 16 rebounds to lead six Golden Griffs who scored in double figures.

Mount St. Mary's lost at home 87-83 to Howard in double overtime. Dakota Leffew led the Mounties with 22 points and Dallas Hobbs contributed 20 points in the loss.

Marist won at home 73-49 over Bucknell. Noah Harris led the Red Foxes with 15 points. Bucknell shot just 28.8% for the game, nearly doubled by Marist who shot 28-50 (56%) overall and 12-23 (52.2%) from distance.

I always enjoy Seeing Siena get embarrassed because the disdain they show for the rest of the Maac and their fanbase’s arrogance ( yea, u won an ncaa game in 1987) ., but even i feel bad for them. They lost by 35 points on their home court to U of Albany.(and the Danes are NOT good.) Their current roster needs an upgrade, and their coach has done better in the past. Think it will take time , but they will be back. The maac is a carcass that has been picked clean thanks to Nil and transfers. I think Siena still has the fanbase , facilities and $ to turn things around

Nope, never feel sorry for them. They can never lose enough, or by enough.

Carm is the most overrated coach I have ever seen in the MAAC. His record has gotten worse every season, both conference and OOC, as the roster has become all his recruits

Fan reaction should be positive. He expressed interest in coming back but he would not have fit too well in Tobin's system.
