JoJo Wallace - 6'4" SG who is playing at South Kent. Originally played at New Milford (CT and played AAU for Team Different. Was a Scorer at New Milford and earned All State Selection averaging 22pts as a freshman. Transferred to South Kent and Played 1 season on South Kents Developmental Team where he was their leading scorer. Last season was selected as the Most Improved Player in the NE Preps by New England Basketball. Tough 2 way player who has a good handle. Can shoot or score driving to the hoop. Can finish with either hand. Teammate of Iona recruit Jacob Hogarth. Projected Mid Major/High Major level recruit. The last shooter we recruited from South Kent who was under recruited was Schadrac Casimir. This kid is expected to have a break out season at South Kent and it is a good thing we get him inked during the early signing period.
Father is John Sr, who was an All American and 2× First-team All-Big East at Syracuse. His father was a 1st round draft pick of the Knicks (18th Overall) and had a 7 year NBA career. His best year was his second in the league for Toronto where he averaged 14 pts and 4.5 reb. He is now a broadcaster on MSG Networks. JoJo's brother John Jr. played at Nicholls State and his brother Joey played Div 2 at SCSU and Daemon.

86, thanks. With three early signings it looks like there is one opening. Would that be for Cam Krystoviak (Sp?), assuming that he's still at Iona. Anyone know?

'24 roster Adewale 6'7 Saunders 6'8 Bates 6'5 Farias 6'1 Quigley 5'11 Aranguren 6'3 Gordon 6'5 Brice 6'7 Hogarth 6'8 Wallace 6'4 Menard 6'3 Pretty sure Krystkowiak is no longer at Iona. 2 open scholarships, though Terrell Williams can use his covid season |
