Manhattan's Winston is better than 59 promoted. Round One to him over Quigley but I hope for and expect a great rivalry between them going forward. That's assuming they both stay, which is unknowable in the new world of college basketball.

Very good second half. Got a decent lead and never let it go.
Scratching my head about why GG had so few touches first half but they fixed the problem and he owned the 2nd.

Welp we officially have the worst broadcast of the year. And it's on ESPNU go figure. Assume it was the ESPN "professionals" responsible for the production difficulties this time. Kept hoping the screen would turn red during that hideous Kayak salmon commercial. |

Good Panzo showed up tonight, and Greg Gordon got the ball in the second, the two equal a win.
Gaels banged up: Williams looked like he could be out awhile, Shema looks 50% healthy at best and Tretout looked about 70%, he shot well but the rest of his game looked like an injured player.
Need to win Sunday, 2-6th complete free for all.

I've given a lot of crap to Tretout but he came back tn and played very well. He wasn't trying to force anything and played very effective mins. Great to see .

ESPNU technical difficulties... there seems to be a common denominator. We should cut our production team (mostly student-run btw) some slack every now and then! Correct--issue was with ESPNU, not us. |
