As of 5/16 1s, 2s, 3s FR Justin Menard 6'3 FR JoJo Wallace 6'4 FR Adam Njie 6'3 So Christian Winborne 6'3 So Comeh Emuobor 6'5 Sr Dejour Reaves 6'0 Sr Jalen Barr 6'4 Jr Kernan Bundy 6'3 4s and 5s FR Jacob Hogarth 6'8 So Luke Jungers 6'9 JR James Patterson 6'7 SR Clarence Rupert 6β8 JR Yaphet Moundi 6'8 Full roster! Wild stab at projected minute leaders: 1. Reaves 2. Patterson 3. Moundi 4. Rupert 5. Barr 6. Njie 7. Winborne 8. Emubor 9. Menard 10. Hogarth 11. Wallace 12. Jungers 13. Bundy 5-13 could completely flip. Think top 4 barring injury will all easily be in top 6.

Bundy 5-13 could completely flip. Think top 4 barring injury will all easily be in top 6. Interesting! So this distribution suggests that you're in line with I59, that we'll see a lot of Biggie at the 3. And Tobin on the pod certainly seemed to confirm his SF skills as well With 8 guards and 5 forwards, I just can't get there, at least in terms of the primary lineup. I am actually in agreement with your top 6, but I'd shift a tad: 1. Reaves 2. Patterson 3. Rupert 4. Njie 5. Barr 6. Moundi A little ways back I used KenPom to show what our "most common lineups" have been over the years. I prefer to refer to it this way rather than calling them "starters". So, using that terminology, as you can tell from my ranking above, I think our most common lineup will be Reaves, Njie, Barr, Biggie and Rupert. The real interesting thing is, we're all sort of anointing Njie as the 2nd best guard on the roster. When doing this sort of exercise I don't like to assume anything out of frosh, we have enough experienced D1s/JUCOs to assume they're more ready to play than the frosh. But we all seem to have much more confidence in Njie. The big question is, out of the other non-frosh guards/wings--Winborne, Bundy, and Emuobor--which one(s) is/are ready to be part of say the top 8 guys. If, say, Winborne turns out to be that guy, and "better" than Barr or Moundi, then we'll end up going more 3-guard with Biggie at the 4.

First of all I appreciate Guy and JB voicing their PT opinions. It's a slow BB news time of year so it is appreciated, at least by me. And, I have to say, that speaking for myself, I've based my 'take' in large part on what sharkey, Guy and 86 have posted. I will make the following point. Both of the above rankings show only one frosh in the top eight as to PT, which seems fair, based on TA's reluctance to play freshmen, last year. However, keep in mind we lost all of our players from last year, so TA might have a different mindset, this year. After about a month of workouts, PT might become clearer. Fingers crossed.
P.S. Thanks for the above posts.

No doubt, 59. And like last year, the frosh who are more ready will be the ones who crack the rotation.
Also realize, per our earlier discussion, the hope is the rotation is more like 10-11 guys, not 8-9.

And based upon the number of guys who left, I think that TA will try to spread the PT around. Assuming that there are 10-11 guys that he wants back (talking about guys who have eligibility after this year), and that he feels they can contribute.

My thinking on minutes for guards is they are almost all going to get some and it will be hard for any other than Reaves to finish in the top 5 in minutes.

Looking at the 13 man roster (thanks SID) and it shows three seniors, Reaves, Rupert and Barr. Do they just have one year of eligibility, or is there a covid year involved?
Seems that it's been a while that the Iona roster didn't have a player under six feet.

Looks like the gang's all here. Joebird will be so confused I59 too! Tomorrow I'll repost the pic with their names so folks can criticize how their measurements are inaccurate.
