There were a ton of players from the 90’s and 00’s in attendance tonight. Was great to see so many of them doing so well and staying connected to Iona. Probably the biggest group of MBB alums I can remember seeing at the HAC in years. I am sure I’m forgetting some:

The announcers reeled off most of their names. Tobin mentioned in the presser that they were all in the locker room, I believe after the game, talking to the player and taking pictures

It was really nice to see. Have seen most of these guys come back but never at the same time. I don’t recall seeing McDonald or Donell Mitchell since they played.

Anybody hear or see Bashky the The “Albanian Larry Bird”
who came from WestChester CC in the early 90’s . He was really entertaining . A Welsh SR. recruit. He really got the crowd going with his antics.
