Iona opens as a 1.5 point dog. Rider is getting 3.5 points and Fairfield is getting 6.5 points.

Don't know how much this means; however, Kyle is listed as a starter in our game notes for tomorrow's game.

Pick'em sounds right to me. I very tough first round draw. The winner of this game will probably win the tournment.

When we played Valpo in St. Thomas, it was our defense that rattled Valpo and took them out of their game. Our moving to an up-and-down offense may help Valpo. But the addition of OP may be just enough to give the edge back to us. Go Gaels!

If we have an effective Kyle playing, I'd feel much better about the outcome. But I do like the fact that they'll be seeing us for the first time. It makes it harder for them to defend Scott, and if he can get into the lane our offense should be effective. And if we're hitting the perimeter shots, we'll be tough to beat. But it all starts with Scott. Also, I look for a rested Alejo to have a good game.

We've each matrured, lost some good players and added some. Let's get the job done. Go Gaels.

I am really pumped up for this game. Iona should really bring a ton of energy and entusiasm tonight. After watching Rider last night, we know if you don't bring it, you are going home! The house should be rockin tonight!!! ;D

I saw a comment earlier on the Valpo message board that their ticket sales for tonight's game were not going well.
