Jumping and leaping are 2 different things. You don't rebound with your knees bent like you're sitting on a chair.
I'd prefer to see how far up the backboard he can touch.

Rashad is listed at 6'1 and 183. Assuming that he can run, if he can put on 20 pounds, he'd be someone that NFL teams are looking for as a Free Safety. JMO.
