Al Kelly, Class of 1980, has been named the CEO of the 2014 Super Bowl Host Committee. Here are the first two paragraphs of the article:

That's the hope of Alfred Kelly, the former president of American Express, who was announced Monday as the chief executive officer of the New York/New Jersey 2014 Super Bowl Host Committee.

Al is a great guy and Iona alum. He's also an Iona Prep alum, and thus friends of the Mara's. He'll do a great job.
