This one ranks in the top 5 silliest articles of the year. His reasoning on most of these guys is that they are over-rated because they either aren't playing with the same guys they played with last year or the teams they are going to will not be as good as they were last year. What does that have to do with them being over-rated as individuals? I don't think anyone ever claimed that MoMo was an automatic NBA all-star, but at least at this point he is a top-notch college guard. I saw enough of him to know that if he stays healthy he will eat up the MAAC. We'll see, maybe he is over-rated, but not for the idiotic reasons stated in the article.

Just to reinforce how "silly" bleacher report is: the next article - "College Basketball 2011-2012: Pre-Season Power Rankings", dated July 21, 2011, has Arizona listed at #22. Per James Evens: "Arizona is one of the favorites for the Pac 12 this season and for good reason. Although they lose Derrick Williams they return several key contributors that will help them make a run this year. Lamont Jones will be a key contributor this season as he was second in scoring last year and has another year under his belt to perform." The very definition of contradiction - he's overrated on Iona but will be a key contributor to Arizona being a Pac 12 favorite??? I guess MAAC > Pac 12. bleacherreport.com/articles/774454-college-basketball-2011-12-my-preseason-top-25#/articles/774454-college-basketball-2011-12-my-preseason-top-25/page/5

They are two different "writers." Neither one is worth the electrons he is writing with.

Understood, one B/R writer is "silly" and the other is clearly confused! My takeaway is: we have an overrated player in MoMo that will be a key contributor to our success (whenever he's deemed eligible) - I'm good with that!!!
