They wanted to get him the triple double--he was one rebound shy. He was pissed when the took him out--and showed it.

Agree. Plus, the bench guys gave up an 11-2 run in like 3 minutes, so Tim was annoyed.
I still want to see Rashad James more. Has barely played since Hofstra.

Especially when he is your MVP.

Guy, I agree about James. Can't understand why he doesn't get any (really) PT. I think the team owes it to the fans, especially in blowout wins, as Ra'shad is a (potentially) human highlight film.

See Zagsblog for an article on Scott needing glasses. He needs corrective lenses and is waiting on contact lenses. Will this translate into improved court vision? Scott thinks so.

Especially when he is your MVP. Yeah, I see your point C. But I have to say if Scott got injured in a blow out win going for a rebound to complete a triple double I'd be livid. I know you can't play scared, but there are some things you can do to mitigate risk. And for Scott and Mike, got to think by now NBA scouts have a pretty good handle on what they do well. They don't need to fill up a stat sheet other than for winning games. For Scott, I'd like to see him drop that hound-dog look everytime something goes wrong. I'm sure scouts are evaluating attitude and how he handles adversity on the court as well. Just my opinions from afar. From what little I know of Scott he seems like a first class kid.

Apparently, KW doesn't agree with the national press. Instead, he says: “I think Jordan is the best point guard in the country, Herb is the best power forward and Fuquan is the most dynamic player on the floor, Willard said. We just have to get them back believing that."

Haven't followed this very closely but apparently according to Katz at ESPN its down to 11 3-point shot: Cousy list has PG variety February, 2, 2012 FEB 2 5:00 AM ET By Andy Katz 1. Good to see the variety on the Bob Cousy point guard of the year finalists list. Five of the 11 finalists are from conferences outside the power six and all are deserving with a legit chance to win the award. The 11 finalists are: Scott Machado (Iona), Phil Pressey (Missouri), Kendall Marshall (North Carolina), Jordan Taylor (Wisconsin), Pierre Jackson (Baylor), Casper Ware (Long Beach State), Aaron Craft (Ohio State), Damian Lillard (Weber State), Scoop Jardine (Syracuse), Matthew Dellavedova (Saint Mary’s) and Isaiah Canaan (Murray State).
