Good strategy by Chris Mullin. Talk up the big schools, but play the cupcakes. And hope that no one notices.

Not fair to compare Delaware OOC to ours. Their RPI was sub 250 last year. Puts them in a totally different category as far as attracting teams for home games and buy games. I was just saying i like their sched, i understand they stunk last year, i do think they finished strong, so hopefully they wont be sub 200 rpi

Mullin's plan to restore NY hoops to previous status:
In addition to Syracuse at MSG:
Nov. 13 against Wagner at Carnesecca Arena. And before the end of the month, the Red Storm will host Rutgers on campus in the Gavitt Tipoff Games and travel to Hawaii for three games in three days. Its Maui Invitational slate begins Nov. 23 against Vanderbilt at Lahaina Civic Center, then takes it against Indiana or Wake Forest. Kansas and UCLA are among the possibilities for a third-day foe.
The Dec. 2 game at Fordham is the only true non-conference road game. The Johnnies also play a neutral site game against South Carolina at Mohegan Sun in its Hall of Fame Shootout event on Dec. 22.
Other non-conference game include Maryland-Baltimore County (Nov. 16), Niagara (Dec. 9), Incarnate Word (Dec. 18) and NJIT (Dec. 20) at Carnesecca Arena. On Dec. 6 St. John’s plays St. Francis in what is technically a neutral site game as part of the Holiday festival at the Garden.

Schedule is garbage. Madison Square Garden can't be happy

Probably the home opener and it's a Friday night. Delaware was good 2 years ago as they got to NCAA's, hopefully they will be improved.

Delaware was 10-20 last year, but 9-9 in the CAA. Lost their best player, who was all league. But return the rest of the rotation players, including 2 kids who were all rookie selections last season. Should be improved but don't see them being any kind of an RPI boost

Maybe we can reverse engineer Iona's schedule by reviewing the other 350 D1 schedules.

Some more:
Akron will then travel to Las Vegas for the South Point Classic, where the Zips will take on UC Santa Barbara (Dec. 21) and Iona (Dec. 23) as part of the South Point Classic. The Zips played in the same arena as part of the Las Vegas Holiday Hoops Classic during the 2010-11 campaign.

Same is true for Yeshiva?? Actually I should of started at Youngstown St. The 2 schools you mentioned aren't d1. I did search through a few conferences and it is surprising how many teams have not released their schedule.
