Yeah OSU will be a nice test. Valpo believe will be season opener. So here's what is confirmed so far: @ Tulsa @ Oregon State vs Akron vs UCSB Delaware (HAC) Drexel (HAC) Here's what is likely: @ Valpo Here's what is still TBD: One more home game (likely against cupcake opponent) Local exempt tourney road game to replace UCF (likely against quality mid/high level Northeast team) That should wrap it up. If Iona is in an exempt tournament, wouldn't that allow the Gaels to play 31 games instead of 29? I always felt that was the biggest advantage of getting into an exempt tourney, the opportunity to play 2 extra games 28 is max before counting exept games. Since Vegas doesn't count as exempt and OSU tourney only has three teams in it, our max is 29.

Really wanted this year's team to get the 31 games like last season

The Valpo board speaks to the possibility of Oregon State finalizing a 5 team MTE in which 4 teams would play at OSU then reconvene to play the remainder of the games at Valpo. Perhaps this is the rumored Valpo MTE tourney. I guess we'll find out in a few days for sure. If this is true, they clues to our other games would be on the OSU schedule.

UC Santa Barbara looks like a candidate. No announced OOC schedule and not yet committed to an exempt tournament. No one else on their list is a perfect fit.

Could that high northeastern mid on the road be a drivable A-10 game?

Could that high northeastern mid on the road be a drivable A-10 game? I was told today there is going to be a game in Florida. Not sure how up to date that info is however. Could be stale UCF information.

Don't think remaining home game will be a "cupcake."

Since Coach Cluess has taken over , in the past 5 years, we have played 12 A-10 games. Coach Cluess must like the challenge of playing bigger conference games.

Oregon ST also has games against Valpo and Quinny I think I remember reading that Oregon St and Quinnipiac agreed on a 2-1 schedule, 2 games in Oregon and one game at Quinny, no $ changing hands.
