Proctor had a bit of an up and down freshman year but that is to be expected for newbies. He had some really good moments and showed some real potential IMHO. I am sure that Proctor wanted more time and I am sure that being away from his daughter (less than 9 months old when he arrived on campus) was not easy. We do not have all the facts regarding Proctor's departure but Super is right on target when expressing how this type of thing can have impact on recruiting players directly from high school. I would prefer to see more player development and less player rentals. Agree to a point. But where would we be without the rentals?

Agree to a point. But where would we be without the rentals? The point was MORE player development, not ALL player development. The staff can point to AJ's development. We have a successful formula, I won't question it

After watching last summer's pickup games, I was surprised that Jahaad got so much PT. Of course that opinion was based upon CC not being injured.

I liked his game, I liked his dad. Not my decision. We move on.

I see nothing so shocking about Proctor leaving...I also see nothing that is remorseful with it...He has talent, and will find another team, if he has not so far...7 guards of ability does not allow for much playing room, and his leaving will shortly lead to a more position wide balanced team...I would hope Casimir would join the crowd, but from the little info I have received that will in all probably be in a safety first delay...I having some knowledge of his devotion and promise find great remorse with his heart breaking situation... IMO the house remodeling is not yet complete and there is another room to refurbish and find a new or waiting tenant...

OT, today's LoHud article shows CC coming back in early '17. And if he's not ready by January, I'm thinking he'd be redshirted and apply for a sixth year waiver.

Sad to see him go. He came on strong early part of the season & then struggled towards the latter. I bet he will flourish at his next destination. All the best Jahaad!
