Iona up 54-39 at half. Sloppy so far. Agee 14, Crawford 13. Cluess not here. My source says he (Cluess not Sharkey) has the flu...

What's really sick is that we let a D3 team shoot 42% against us. Guards struggled keeping theirs in front. Zone in 2nd half was better and I hope we open in one vs LaSalle.

Final score 112-79. Isaiah Williams led with 26 points, Agee and Crawford also scored 20 or more. Washington We all loved Isaiah William. So an easy mistake.

Have my fingers crossed about TC, and I'm highly doubtful that he has the flu. And I'm attributing his absence to our less than inspired play. As for my picks for POG: 1. IW-a lot of fun to watch, and he makes things happen on the court. A better 3pt shooter than I thought, so you can't play off him. And this opens up his "drive and dish". Assists will be in the eight point range, IMO. 2. Ben Perez-EPatrick has been pushing him all PS, and last night we saw why. They rarely looked his way, and we were really struggling from deep early on. I think we were 2-8 for the first half, but were more Iona like in the second. Ben was 3-3 from "three", and also had eight boards, and played good defense. EPat calls it his all around game. All I can add is that when Ben is on, the team is usually playing well. 3. Asante Gist-We are seeing a much more confident AG this year. Both in his ball handling and his 3pt shot. Like IW, Asante's O/S shooting opens up drive, and he also looks to pass the ball when driving to the basket.
I guess we should realize that it's the FIRST game and sloppiness is to be expected. And as such, last night, the team met our expectations.

Cluess plays his best 5--right now he is among that 5 unless Van Eyck is more ready than I expect.

We all loved Isaiah William. So an easy mistake. I’m gonna call Washington IW2 which is no disrespect to either player, merely a temporal designation.

He had the flu or he was captured by bears?

Why would the Kutztown Bears kidnap TC?

Why would the Kutztown Bears kidnap TC? Could be that they’re unscrupulous, i.e. lacking in scruples.
