Rokas Ulvydas is almost a perfect fit our system from what I've seen. Gets up and down the floor with ease and can hit the mid-range jumper. Tim Rowe is an animal under the basket. Would love to see either in a Gael uniform.
He has offers from Binghamton, Samford, Kennesaw State, Florida Gulf Coast, GMU, Towson, Southern Miss, Georgia Southern. Getting looks from Georgia, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Providence and South Carolina. Rated a 70 and three stars by ESPN. Can rebound, block shots, score in the paint and can hit the jumper even out to the three.
A report from the City of Basketball Love site: "A 6-foot-10, 235-pound post, Rowe can play both the power forward and center positions. Either way, he just wants to be down around the bucket, where he can do all the dirty work. But he’s not afraid to step out and shoot the occasional 3-pointer to spread out the defense, and his handle/shot are certainly well developed for a youngster of his size."
A report from CBS Atlanta High School Sports from last February: "You know, there are only so many kids, that I can say I watched grow from a freshman to a senior in the world of High School sports. Berkmar Center and undecided college commit Tim Rowe is one of those people. When I first saw him four years ago, I had the usual thought of “a freshman on varsity, nothing new”. Back then he was tall (go figure) and skinny, but realized that he had some talent and the kid could play a bit and needed some development. Last week when I watched him play against my Alma Mater Grayson, alongside his top region ranked Berkmar Patriot commrades, I saw many new changes that surprised me!
1) The first basket of the game he took was a 3…Let me inform you that at 6’11 if you can knock down the long range ball your putting yourself in good position for the future. Yes, he only knocked 1, but the second he took was a good look that just rattled in and out. Overall his range was impressive in between the 15 and 17 foot area. He racked up 17 points and if i’m not mistaken 10 of them came in the second half.
2) Handles: like Magic Johnson. Well maybe not that close, but when you execute a jab step and rip through to get yourself in the lane and finish with the bucket, at 6’11; Who can stop you? Rebounding is big plus for him as well considering he’s not afraid to fight inside with anybody. Offensive and defensive end. Speaking of defensive. Let me mention he had 6 blocks in that game! Impressive for a high school kid! At this stage he’s learned to use his body in challenging shots and defending. Not just putting his hands up, but reading opponents to get the swat to save points from drawing on the board.
All In All: As I stated earlier he is still undecided on his college choice. There is also time for him to bring out the true player in him when the region tournament rolls around. If I had to pick a few things for him to improve on, I would say his physical toughness to not get pushed around by the smaller guys, and to add a little weight. He currently stands at 6’11 230 lbs (according to his recruiting stats) and in college, weight and strength play a big role. As I said however, there is still time."
Rokas Ulvydas, 6'11" PF from Lithuania who has offers from Valpo, Towson, UMBC and Lamar. Not much out there on him. He looks like he loves to block shots, post people up, drop the short jumper and hustle.

Justin Wright-Foreman has removed Iona from consideration. He is down to Hofstra, Manhattan, Kent State, Fairfield, St. Peter's, & Sacred Heart. I assume he wants to play right away and that would not be the case at Iona.

Mychal Mulder is a 6'5" SG/SF - Ranked as one of the 10 best players in Canada his senior year. Was a member of the Canadian Under-21 National Team. He is a very athletic player who can jump, score inside or outside, handle the ball and can defend. Has a ridiculous wingspan for a kid his size. Getting looks Miami, Missouri, Mississippi State, Wichita State, Kansas State, Bowling Green and Butler. This kid is a very good ballplayer who could end up as great if he gets a little stronger.
Here he throwing one down against McDonalds All American, Brand All Star and ESPN #8 player in 2013, James Young of the Boston Celtics via way of the University of Kentucky.

What does top ten player in Canada translate to using the U.S. Customary System instead of the Metric System? Top ten in the country, top ten in NYS, top 100 in the country, top 500? Is it that one Canadian ranking point converts into 30 US points, giving the 10th ranked Canadian a 300 US rank? Can anyone tell me??? Is there a conversion chart we can use? What about the Canadian dollar?
Edit: Wow that dude gets up!!!

Considering the last 2 overall #1 draft choices in the NBA were Canadian, I'd take my chances!
