Jon Rothstein @jonrothstein 8m8 minutes ago GW transfer Paul Jorgensen has committed to Butler, his AAU coach told @cbssports. Sit one, play two. Good get for Chris Holtmann.

Not sure if this was posted already. But more embarrassment from Fordham. I have heard that the coach puts on a good face, but Neubauer is a head case behind the scenes. Crazy tweets from his wife mobile.twitter.com/RunKnitTravel

I normally try to ignore the Fordham posts, but this is too good to ignore. Couldn't make this stuff up!

This is just kinda sad. Dirty laundry belongs in the washing machine, not on Twitter.

There's a Drunk Jeff Neubauer parody account on twitter. Somebody doesn't like the guy. BTW how much money can he be making at Fordham to lured away from his wife by a "gold digger?"

Certainly will take some folks over there off of their high and mighty soapboxes. The drama over there is starting to become a little Rutgers like. ;-)

I think this reflects badly on Fordham, even though it certainly wasn't the institution's fault. Lack of judgment and character issues for their highest paid employee, the leader of their flagship sport. If they were a public institution it might be a little less embarrassing. As a Catholic school I think they should reprimand him or something. The only reason I take this position is that he apparently strayed while on a recruiting trip on behalf of the university. They wanted nothing to do with Tim Welsh over there because he had a DUI, which of course is serious, but again is a character/judgment issue.
BTW the image that appears to coming into focus about this guy is that he's wildly arrogant and difficult to get along with.

That is the typical way to meet problems in today's society ''Run away and hide'' and pretend they don't exist instead of meeting them head on.....This type behavior will lead eventually to a accumulation of life's dilemma's that will have to be dealt with by others....Quote OT..... Fordham's thought process has become as antique as its facilities....QUOTE OT..

Whether Neubauer is a closet nut job, or an effective coach, is ultimately Fordham's issue and a fair topic for press coverage (to the extent Fordham gets coverage to begin with). The breakup of the marriage of the head coach of a fairly obscure D1 men's program doesn't strike me as something the press should cover. Pretty sad situation all around, and all of this only contributes to the perennial clown car reputation of the Fordham's men's program. I say his martial problems should be left for him and his soon to be ex- wife to deal with in private.
By the way what happened with Tony Chiles? Did he bolt from Fordham, and if so, why?
