I hate to pass along this information, but I (and my family) can use all of the prayers we can get. Tomorrow the family and I will be taking my wife of 10 years, Roe,off of life support.
To make a long story short, three weeks this afternoon we rushed her to Lawrence Hospital with what turned out to be bleeding on the brain. She was transferred to Columbia-Presbyterian.
It turns out that she has suffered too much brain damage. She had been doing well, up to the point of a transfer from Neuro ICU. Sadly, last Thursday she stopped breathing and suffered a heart attack. While they did revive her, the damage ended up being too much to overcome given her other health issues.
I would appreciate it if you could say or prayer for the family and for Roe. It would be greatly appreciated.
