I debated whether or not to post this, but since I received so much comfort during my time of trouble I decided to post this so that everyone could get know Roe a little better. Thank you! After 17 months away from blogging, I have posted a new edition of "Ranger Ramblings". It is not your ordinary posting because it is dedicated to my wife Roe who passed away on May 20, 2016. The blog offers a look at Roe and her relationship with her favorite team - the New York Rangers. www.rangerramblings.com/2016/11/19/requiem-for-a-fallen-rangers-fan/Tootie, you are one quality dude. Much respect.

Well done, tootie! I'm sure Roe loved, appreciated, had a chuckle and shed a tear as she read it, as did I. Thanks for your writing and allowing me to put some things into perspective. Good Bless you and yours.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I imagine the blog is great therapy for you and a way to keep your wife in your mind and heart.

A touching tribute to your wife. Well done! Sorry to hear of your loss. I imagine the blog is great therapy for you and a way to keep your wife in your mind and heart. It is and it isn't. Watching the Rangers, even with them having a good season, just isn't the same. A lot of times she would be watch while working on the computer, but it was still "us watching the game together" (especially when the refs would do something to piss her off)
